Welcome home!!!! Fairview Commons is a swim and tennis community comprised of two neighborhoods -- Camerons Landing and Woodstone -- and we’re glad you have chosen to live in our friendly community and hope you actively participate in helping our neighborhood continue to be one of the finest in this area.

Our community is located in the county of Newton, a short drive from downtown Covington. Covington is known as the "Hollywood of the South" and we have several new film studios. Downtown Covington is anchored by a historic courthouse, a beautiful square, and locally-owned restaurants and shops. Newton County is booming with technology and medical industries. Fairview Commons is conveniently located 35 miles East of downtown Atlanta.

Construction of the Fairview Commons community began around 1989 and currently is comprised 273 homes. Each lot ranges in size from one-third to over a half-acre. Our tennis courts were resurfaced in 2022 to include a pickleball court and a walking path. The decking surrounding the pool was resurfaced in 2021.

All property owners have a required and automatic membership in the Fairview Commons Homeowners Association ("FCHA") which means members have voting rights at the annual members' meeting, may hold a position on the board of directors, and may use any of the designated "Common Areas." It is the responsibility of owners and residents of FCHA to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth in the ByLaws, the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for Fairview Commons, and amendments thereto, and other directives determined by the board.
