The Fairview Commons Homeowners Association Board of Directors is run by a committed group of volunteers.  Running a community with only volunteers is challenging at best. The association is like a business with financial, communications, vendors, legal issues, and more.  In addition, volunteers have a high rate of turnover due to family and work issues, moves, health, etc.
