By-laws & Covenants
A covenant is an agreement made between homeowners. It contains the rules upon which buying in this community owners agree to follow. The Fairview Commons Homeowners Association is a mandatory membership for all homes within our community.
Our covenant was established in 2001. It was amended in 2006. In 2022 changes to the covenant were purposed to the members and voted upon. The purposed changes and the resulting votes are now in the hands of the FCHA lawyer. It is expected to be finalized, filed, and active in 2023.
