Before you enter our common area you must understand what is expected of you while there. Most of the rules are common sense. But what seems reasonable to one may not to others. Therefore, there are rules for all to follow.
The hardest rule is DO NOT HOLD THE DOOR FOR OTHERS TO ENTER. We were raised with manners that tell us holding a door for someone is what we should do. Almost daily, during the season, people who don’t belong try to get in this way. However, if they belong there, they are required to have their own key with them. If you hold the door for someone YOU will lose your rights to the common area.
Our Court area was resurfaced in 2022 and was very expensive. It is meant for only those who are properly attired and there to play tennis, pickle ball, or use the walking path. It is not meant for bikes or scooters… The same rules apply here as in the pool area.
